CMPUT 114 Lab Requirements
Attendance and Marks
- You must attend your registered lab
- You may demo the current week's Exercise after the TA's lab presentation and after any demos of the previous week's Exercise (i.e. about 30 - 45 minutes into the lab period). You cannot demo earlier. An Exercise is presented during the week that Exercise appears in the Labs column at the schedule
- You may only demo the previous week's Exercise if you stayed for the entire duration of the previous week's lab period (i.e. you signed both the ontime and stayed columns of the attendance sheet)
- You are not allowed to work on the previous week's Exercise during your lab period on its due date (the Labs column). So you cannot work on Exercise1 during the Exercise2 lab period, but can only demo Exercise1 during the Exercise2 lab period.
- Any questions or concerns about marks on lab Exercises must be
brought to the attention of the TA within one week of
the mark being posted to you. If you succesfully
demoed your Exercise on time, but did not receive a mark, then you
can re-demo the Exercise providing that :
- the original work is still on your H: drive and has not been touched since the start of your lab period on the due date. If the file was modified in any way past the due date then you will not be able to re-demo the Exercise.
